Returns and refunds

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases from Farts.com are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or offer refunds for those purchases.

Defective or damaged items

We offer replacements for items found to be defective or damaged within 30 days of receipt. Email info@farts.com with your order number, a photo showing the issue, and your name and delivery address. We will review your request and provide instructions. Please contact us before mailing an item back.
